  • When should I expect to receive my yarn?
All yarn is dyed to order! You yarn will be shipped within 14 business days of your order unless otherwise notified. Please feel free to e-mail us for a status check anytime. We know how hard it can be to wait for yarn!
  • Will the color be exactly as seen on my monitor?
Please remember that monitor colors vary! Every skein of handpainted yarn is different in someway, however we strive to make each one of each colorway as close as possible. If you are ordering multiple skeins for a big project please let us know so we can make sure they came from the same dyelot.
  • How will my yarn be shipped?
  • Yarn is shipped USPS Priority Mail.
  • What is your return policy?
  • Unfortunately unless there is a defect we do not accept returns. In the instance that there is a defect with your skein of yarn please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the yarn so we may notify the mill. In the instance that there is something wrong with your yarn we will gladly replace your yarn or issue store credit. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable!
  • How do I redeem a coupon or gift certificate?
  • To redeem your coupon just enter the code in the space provided at checkout! The coupon or certificate value will be removed at checkout!
  • Will you sell or give out my e-mail or other personal information to other companies, even yarn companies?
  • Never! We send out periodic e-mails to let our customers know what is going on and about sales but we will not share your information with anyone else!
