- When should I expect to receive my yarn?

- Yarn is shipped USPS Priority Mail.
- What is your return policy?
- Unfortunately unless there is a defect we do not accept returns. In the instance that there is a defect with your skein of yarn please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the yarn so we may notify the mill. In the instance that there is something wrong with your yarn we will gladly replace your yarn or issue store credit. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable!
- How do I redeem a coupon or gift certificate?
- To redeem your coupon just enter the code in the space provided at checkout! The coupon or certificate value will be removed at checkout!
- Will you sell or give out my e-mail or other personal information to other companies, even yarn companies?
- Never! We send out periodic e-mails to let our customers know what is going on and about sales but we will not share your information with anyone else!
